I haven't had a chance to test this yet...
See if you can put a leftover wuk schematic into a factory, and only enough resources to make a single one. Then take out that crate when finished, pull the wuk, and see if you can salvage it. If so, rinse and repeat.
This assumes that the rumors of only the last wuk left in a crate getting the salvage option holds true.

If you have these I would start raising the price. in my reading the Smuggler boards. in one crate of upgrade kits the last one in the crate turns into a slicing component. Most of them are LVL 1 and 2 of 4 but they are hard to loot as far as I am hearing. so if you are in to making a little bit of money.... That's what I would do anyway. and if you are on kettemoor, don't worry about it, I already bought yours.

I was making good money on them too. WUKs made me a millionaire. Fortunately, I found something better. I am a Wookie Master WS, so I can make all the new Bowcaster schematics :-) I have made millions more with Bowcasters than with WUKs.

Yes. Though with AUKs not WUKs. DIdnt have any WUK schems left as I'd just run off a 1000 before the patch not even knowing about the changes.
I havent yet tried converting the post patch crafted AUKs though.

Just got back to the game after the CU and have a few cases of Weapon Upgrade kits.... I've been told that they can't be made any more but are used by smuglers to convert to the new looted smuglers tools. Ihave seen seen them on the market for 500k to 3mil but wanted to find out a fair price for the thanks

check your servers trade forum and as for a pricecheck there, prices are different on each server.

Aren't the trade forums also "The Market" ? 
Besides, fair price is whatever someone is willing to pay, so I say set the price at a million credits and mark them down till they do sell.

Well usually on the trade forums the prices are average around what people pay.
When you have a flux of 500k-3m that is usually leads me to believe its from the bazaar.
I consider the bazaar and vendor search more of the market... vs an auction house.
Markets you usually go price goods and acquire them.
