5. useage oh yeah, suppose i am a trader (ugh trader, I am a MASTER WEAPONSMITH!) can I use a weapon? can i hold a weapon? can we wear armour? (can we doing anything but paint-by-numbers assembly?)


6. oh yeah #2 s FS skills. useless? ties in with experimentation i suppose


7. okay another one. I suppose it's too much to hope for that crafted will be better than dropped?


seriously, does anyone expect crafting to be anything worth doing? all the engagement, challenge, creativity is gone. I joined this game to be a weaponsmith it's been my main focus the whole time. Do i have combat avatar, yes. Do I have a Jedi yes, but the loss of crafting well that's too much. All that fun/work pre-cu (and some CU) all for naught. to make a smurf-game for people too lazy/stupid/young to figure out and enjoy a diverse engaging environment. HAHAHA i still can barely believe this is happening. Sure i have some combat avatars. I enjoyed that aspect of the game. But i won't be keeping them here either unless I see some serious crafting issues addressed.






Could not have said it better myself, i feel exactly the same.


There is so much questions to be asked andhopefully to be answered by the all-mighty devs, and so few time before it come on Live servers.

I've just cancelled both my accounts. Here's my question:


Does anyone at SOE or Lucas Entertainment evencare?



Basically this change will remove 80% of the existing player base. If this was their goal, then kudos, it worked like a charm.

Traders doesnt draw aggro so Im guessing we wont need weapons and armour (and thus probably wont be aable to equip it either)





oh man i just saw this. hahahah and i though being relegated to my striker pistol was bad. hahahah weaponsmiths that can't hold their weapons. very sad indeed


ahhh so glad I have my screenie of me in comp armour and a laser rifle in the dwb in the day.


on another note, looking at the those questions accumulated I find it would take a positive answer in most of them for me to even want to craft. 2 lines! sheesh.

I'n undecided as to where my farewell will be. Either on Naboo, where I have spent most time crafting in my house by the river, or back on Tatooine where I was born. I still have the WP of my first house although the house itself is long gone. I might just put down a small house, take one last look at the sand and /sit /logout.

I think everyone needs to read the FAQ a little better or I am missing something. The FAQ does not say that there is no item decay, it says that there is no more decay from death.

I agree, but until they clarify it it could mean both.


The new Mustafarian weapons do not decay at all from use or death....

Heres a question:

Why do you believe it is worth shafting crafters who have poured more time into this game than many of the devs. I swear I have played this game, been in-game, posted more, thought more planned more than any dev.

WHY?

I can't help but get the impression this new upgrade was kept from a lot of people at SOE until very recently as well.... I could be wrong, but it doesn't make any sense that they have done and posted certain things if they knew this was happening.
