I am finding 1.73 speed to be the magic number on three pistols I've made:


Intimidator

High Capacity Scatter

Death-Hammer

E5 Carbine


Wound Chance: 10.35%


I also got 94% on damage experimentation and got 932 max damage. This was with some Krayt ABPH's crafted post CU. They had stats 21-90 dam, -1.24 spd, AC 5.


I have some 101 tissue I might try this out with.

I know that there isnt a correspondant at this time, but anyone that has the power should sticky this as this info, when the list is complete and confirmed will be the basis of weaponsmith crafting in my mind. Once we know what the caps are we should then be able to price accordly as well, I know personally I have little clue of the value of most of my weapons I'm selling at this time, I sell better dps for more, but not knowing exactly what is possible, or atleast what avg is destroys the ability for one to make informed decisions about pricing.

I capped a DL-44 XT at 948 max damage. Had it up to 958 but got the message on final crafting stage and it was set back to 948.

It might be smart to add the SAC to weapons that are higher than say CL 20, because after 20, one can assume that the person will be using more and more special shots and using up there ability pts more. Just a suggestion.

SACs for sure. Had a very interesting xpermentation session/dialgoue with a MBH/smuggler...threw a lot of my previous post-cu ideas out the window. would definately like to know any SACs caps people find.
and of course i'll add any i find. unfortunately next couple days gimped for playing RL-style

DLT20 rifle is capped at 120 max damage.I think we will see same or similar caps across all weapons at each level

Nice work on that Laser rifle cap Tene! I will start to include SAC as people find the max value. I have a strong feeling that most weapons of the same level will have the same caps... as more people post the closer to proving that we will be. Again thank you guys for all of the hard work.



And I want to send out a big thank you to all of those who I know ( and dont ) who suggested I apply for WS corrospondant. I just dont feel I have enough time to commit to the job and that would be extremely unfair to our hard working community.

Is it possible to find the speed cap on any weapon by just dumping everything into speed on componants and final.....

Yes, any max damage that I post is the reset value from the crafting tool.


I only provided the other info so others may know if they are getting close or not.


If I formatted it as such:


Max Damage: 120.70 or


Wound Chance: 10.55%


those are the keepers. Anything else I threw on there was for posterity (so to speak)
