Ahh but we couldnt craft them could we? , our crafted weapons were never the problem with the old system, its was the stupid loot drops .
Really the old system had caps in place also tho, you were limited by the loot, res and a 35% slice, great system imo as the chances of hitting both of those were not realistic.

I think a lot of people are failing to realise that WS/AS are already capped, by resources. The only thing that really varied was the quality of your looted parts. The loot was the problem, not the crafters. If you had server best resources, then you made server best whatever it is you make, and sometimes you stacked loot on top for an extra kick.
The legendary T21 was looted, not crafted, the huge hammers were in part looted, not crafted.
I'm starting to hit caps on things now, and quite frankly its pissing me off. Why would I buy those super +180 tissues/gorax when I can get 120-150's far cheaper and will do the same job? Simple I wouldnt. I've never had so much money since the CU came. Why? I'm not buying silly amounts of loot.
Someone said that sabers have a cap...sabers are borked pretty good. The return for investing in damage/speed is minimal to say the least. Seems to me the only line actually working on them is Eff. Theres a 10 damage point difference in max experimentation on the damage line compared to using only 4 points. 6 points for 10 damage? Something isnt right there.
We still cant make components comparable to pre CU stuff, it seems in the conversion all the stats got maxed so where if you had 20/40 preCU, you've now got maxed on all 3 lines post CU. These parts wont ever really go away, they will be used and the weapon ADK'd
I would accept an ADK removal only on 1 condition, pearls returned to actually dropping in all qualities, or the saber hilt took decay and not the innards.
