I have heard of the yellow barrels giving extra damage, range, and wound chance(this is all I have heard of.. dont know if it would effect another stat). It seems to be random but the yellow barrels are better. I havent had my own experimentations with them but this is what I have gathered from resonably reliable people.

Have any of you weaponsmiths crafted enough DE-10's with white AND yellow barrels to get an idea on what the average bonus is with a yellow barrel? I'd really like to know how good the yellow ones are compared to white. Thank you

Your best bet is to ignore whites, and go with the yellows... there can be other differences other than in the damage

Is this truely a fact or just rumor?

If true does it pertain to other enhancements such as krayt tissues and the like?
