and that goes back to my previous comment about any weaponsmith that can afford that tape probably doesn't need it.

Actually, it CAN add to damage, if you happen to use an advancedstock, as most Master Riflemen would prefer at this time,seeing as the advanced stocks are messed up right now (ie starting out at 8% damage, while the other stats are 15%), and cannot be fully experimented on damageusing all 10 points. But, seeing as many do not see this as an issue,I doubt it will be brought up any time soon. Kinda sad.

Stock experimentation is bugged to hell, pretty sure you can get 40/40 damage with ten points by doing six then the rest all at once. There was a pretty big thread on this a couple weeks ago, and that was the only combination that works.

Heck I looted a Robe on Eclipse Server that has +10 Weapon Experimentation about a month ago. And from what I understand its worth between 5-10 million.

But right nowmy PAhas a very happy Weaponsmith, for he was the recipient of that robe. But I've known the guy for over 5 years outside the game. So getting it to him was the logical choice to me. If you still have it then get it to your guilds weaponsmith, that would help them out a lot.

The problem with tapes like these are that most who can afford to pay the proper price for it allready have their Experimentation points maxed. Please, dont even consider the 100k offer.
