I honestly do not believe you got a skill tape that high, if you did, please post a screenshot of it 
skill tapes sell for 500k per point usually on my server, this combined is all the extra experimentation needed on one tape, that means all you need is 1 shirt to put on, or 1 jacket and thats it, compared to equipping/removing a dozen different items, this can also allow you to wear different tapes, for assembly etc... overall I'd not sell that thing in a million years If I got it myself, got a good weaponsmith friend? let him borrow it and build all the schematics he needs, then sell it
price? I'd hold out for 24 million at least, but then again I'd not be selling it. nor be dumb enough to buy it for that much (i'm poor)

yeah, depending on the server...
On intrepid it's usually 100k for WS exp tape +1, 200k for WS exp tape +2, then it skyrockets, I think to around a million for WS exp tape +3, and after that it's 1 million per exp point.
A *minimum* of 24 million credits if that were true, however, I would guess 100 - 200 million credits, at least

Yep.. If your on sunrunner I'll give you free weapons for life in exchange for that tape.. And ya.. where the hell did you loot a tape with +27?!?!!? a screenshot would be nice..

A +10 is only one point of exmerimentation, why pay so much for 1 stinking point. Wait till there are +60 and up tapes and I can see them going for.. { puts pinky to lips } "One Hundren Million Dollars" hahahah. No but for real, I thinks it be silly.

a +10 went for 30 mil on flurry. +12 went for about 40 mil, so i imagine that a +24 would go for at least 60-70mil

you can only add +25 to your skill with tapes so like someone said with this tape you can be come more or less the best possible weaponsmith and i have witnessed WS paying millions for +5 tapes and useing them and it helping adding a noticeable amount of damge on exp point is worth alot forget the 2 you would gain with this tape
