one thing you need to take into consideration when deciding to add the stock to heavy weapons for the increased acuracy is whether or not the increased accuracy actullay makes a difference at the range the weapon is being fired at. what i mean is, the ideal accuracy of the weapon may be far enough away from the actual firing range of the heavy weapon ( 0-15m for specials) that the added +20 or 30(not a ws, pls forgive my ignorance) may be hardly noticed. i dont know what the ideal range on flamers is since im just a simple bh, but i know that stocks dont really do much for the accuracy of a llc. with a llc the ideal range is 35m(i think) +20 accuracy at 35 only makes the accuracy at 0-15m better by a few points, hardly noticible.
the point of what i am saying is that +5 more accuracy at the range a heavy weapon is fired is not worth the increased .3 speed. yes .3 sounds very tiny, and it may be miniscule to the weapons of most other profesions, but to a commando or bh with a llc it can be huge. even more so to a commando because they have even slower speed than a bh

you don't have an accuracy problem with your LLCs 'cause they can be scoped.

I have an exceptional1.5 speed flamer with a nice dot pretty hideous but not good enough damage other than the dot
