THis is exactly what i been looking for. So it IS possible then hehe. DO you happen to remmeber the stats on the materials you were using? and what materials? Im not a weaponsmit( obviously) but I do have access to miners and I would love to hunt this stuff to help enlighten the kauri weapinsmiths best to what else can be done.
err i'll like to know how a 485max @ 4.9 speed was hit. I'm maxing out at 465 @ 5.4 and this is with kammris that's 996. Mebbe the copper i use sucks at 780+or the ditanium in the reinforcement core isn't that great at 800+, but i don't think it would account for a 20max damage difference and a 0.5 spd difference. What were the stats on the copper and ditanium?
yeahi also agree that your WS on your server are going to be pretty cheesed when you tell them that you know more about how to make their weapons than they do. if no WS on your server has been able to breach 5seci'm going out on a limb here to say that maybe the resources that are available on your server just isn't that great. just cos ONE WS on this board says it can be done doesn't mean that ALL WS can make weapons of the same stats. It all depends on what's available on kauri.

Exactly what enhancements are you using? I use 998 SR kammris, with crafted cores that are miles ahead of anything looted I've seen, ackley i've seen only enhanced damage not speed, and the agents add damage and integrity. Mine have never dropped below 5.3, and they were 98% experiments with all over 950 materials. I've had several sliced for high 3.0's. I make crates of these all the time, and I've never gone below 5.3. Could you tell me which enhancers you used? Becuase I have no idea which ones were.
If you are a real swordsman then you should have 2h speed sea's to some extent, these + master swordsman should let you swing a 6.0 power hammer to the speed cap
Well Im not sure if I qaulify as a "real swordsman" or just a poser since I have only been in since Dec and still waiting to be inducted lol. However I have a PH sliced for damage with PU that is 5.3spd +700dmg and then I have my other hammer that has a speed of 3.7 for PvP. I dont do much PVP and if I do I usually end up with the rifle in PVE I have no troubles at all and I dont own any speed SEAs and even swinging a +5 speed hammer it doesnt seem to take very long to kill em all lol.

??? Who said I would tell them they dindt know what they were doing??? All I am saying is I will enlighten how it can be acheived since I have talked to dozens who really beleive its capped at 5.4. I also know about resource spawns. I ahve crafted before. Hence the reason I asked what the stats were on his resources he used. that way I can huunt these collect them and take it all to a top notch weaponsmith and get the thing made. hell as an armorsmith I am always learning something new on how to make better armor so who says that weaponsmiths can't learn froma customer too??? Its all how ya handle it. I came here only because none have been willing to tell me how to get the speed wehre I need. And there are 3.6 speed PH's on kauri. Up until here I had no idea a slice could fget it that low( as I stated before.) Anyhow thanks guys this really helpped. still want to know what teh materials you used on that 3.2 PH ( after slice) were so I can hunt them out on Kauri to help weaponsmiths make great weapons.
Here's what you need for a super speed hammer. All crafted of course. You will need ditanium steel for the adv re-cores or geno-re-cores. UT is the only thing you have to worry about on it. If its 990+, you can experiment damage and speed to 99%. The adv re-cores I have are done with 804 UT stuff sand only experimented to 80%. With the extra 19% you should be able to pull 5 more points and probably at least another -.2 speed. Then you need kammris iron, some kind of copper, and some kind of metal. On these you want to look at SR. 990+ in SR is what you want to get to 99%.
You should easily get below 5.4 with these mats, and possibly break to 5.0 mark. But have fun findiing the mats. If a WS has 990+ SR copper, they probably won't part with any easily.

These are you words, and they would be insulting to your servers weaponsmiths. I'm sure they're more than capable of surveying for and harvesting the highest quality materials possible. Do you really think that out of the dozens of master weaponsmiths on your server, that none of them have been able to find the materials to make what you're asking for?
"It is possible" and "enlighten the Kauri weaponsmiths" says to me that you just think your servers best weaponsmiths aren't good enough. If you came to me with that attitude I'd ban you from my shop.
stop being an ass. I am not insulting my weaponsmiths here. You see they have a buisness to run so no not all of them hunt for resources. THEY BUY THEM!/ THose that do hunt them don't all wait until they have all uber material for if they did they could not keep their name out there. You make it out as if I am stupid to crafting. I have done my share of crafting and know exactly how hard it is to save the uber material to wai 4 months for more uber material. SO my angle is to help them harvest the uber material save some up for the rest of the uber material and then present it all to the 12 point weaponsmiths and get the strong hammer made. As I said all the waeponsmiths I have discussed this with have told me it CAN't be done. Obviously someone somewhere has dont it. so if it can be done on one server it will at one point in time be able to be done on ALL servers!
The reason I came here was to see if maybe the Kauri weaponsmiths were telling me the whole trut or just the current truth. As it appears it was just the current truth. Currently the materials aren't spawned to make uber hammers but that doesn't mean it can't be done as I was lead to beleive by my server. As you can see I was given misinformation probably due to lack of knowledge since most the old school weaponsmiths from server start are now gone on our server.
