Actually Scopes/stocks turn kin damage weapons into energy and energy into blast.

Call me crazy, but alot of the loot I have been getting is anti-jedi... like micro for armor break every other mission.


What if this blast is the Dev's way of giving a balance to strong jedi... Giving the BH pieces to make anti-jedi weapons and they reason they are not doing damage agains non-jedi is just that reason.

Come on people, this is not intended. The DEVs obviously don't know what they are doing, this is a 3 month old bug. This bug has existed SINCE THE CU in _MAY_! Now though the increase in scope drops is just going to make the problem worse.

So far Ive found no personal evidence that an energy weapon made with a scope converts to anything other than a completely useless blast energy weapon giving damage of 1.


Since the post concerning blast, I tried this out on a jedi and got the sweet damage of ..... 1.


This weapon i tried in this particular test was a E11 MKII carbine made with one of the new scopes.

i have powercells adv stocks and im waiting for adv scopes and will try letting my WS crafting a weapon like this to see what happens

this isn't a new bug. this has been happening with the form fitted stocks that have existed since even as far back as pre-cu, if used in a weapon made post cu. a lot of posts about that in the past right after cu came out then everyone knew not to use them....

They may do. What I was questioning was whether the problem is relevant to FF stocks. I havnt had a problem with them. It could be there is a generation of FF andi got a good one that work as expected, who knows.
