Reporting in from Kauri:
I have been Master WS, 11pts, since mid december. I started grinding WS so the guild i had just joined could have one, and I liked the thought of creating weapons out of piles of resources, parts, etc. I mostly operate on a small scale, crafting special orders for guild members, keeping myself supplied, and doing special orders on c-12s and Imperial Detonators for a select clientel. The Grenade market has supported me quite well, and some of my other sales as well. I will never be a WS with a Web Page, or a fancy store, or even more than a simple bulky vendor, not advertised on the planetary Map.
I love the proffession, tho', and am eager to see just what new items will actually be craftable once the CURB hits. As much of a struggle as it is for me sometimes, to have so many skill points tied up just for WS, and not be able to delve fully into PvP, etc, I am true to my guild and my craft. Anyone {BoLW}in will vouch for THAT.
As far as new WS toons on Kauri, I have not noticed. If there ARE any, they should feel free to hit me up for training anytime. Since I work on a relativley small scale, i am not at all worried about competition, etc...

The WS exp CA price creep seems to be 3 million a point. 4 million if you are an Armorsmith.
And yes, there are tons of newcomers. One or two of them may even stick around after 30 days.
