I will quit selling weapons to the masses.. and instead only craft for the guildies. keeping everything in crates in my 4 factories which combined can hold more than 6 vendors can with this nerf.
How will you earn credits this way? Without constant income from my vendor, I can't afford to buy power and run harvesters.

I have 500+ items on my vendor. I don't have any storage space to put 400 items in; what do I do??
The devs plan to add more weapons to the game eventually; where will we put them?!
Smaller crafters CAN compete and become major smiths WITHOUT this change. I did it.
I hope they plan on raising this cap CONSIDERABLY, or everyone, every crafting profession, every combat profession, is going to be sodomized by this change. Combat characters will spend all their time vendor-hopping (working) instead of enjoying the game, and major smiths like Stettin will close up shop and only do custom orders, as he indicated. I don't know what I'd do; probably a mass fire sale followed by a drastically streamlined vendor, with more high-end elite-class weapons and nearly no novice weapons. Sorry noobs.
The devs should *waves hand* "go home and rethink your lives."
