Mistakenly made a regular Blaster Powerhandler (too bad too... had a nice tissue) so I decided to make one of these. I didnt have enough points to cap out the Speed (finished out at 2.44)
Finished weapon was Damage and SAC capped
E11 Carbine
Base Type Energy
Attack Speed 2.44
Damage 88-396
Accuracy Bonus 11
Wound 9.28%
DPS 98.98
SAC 73
Range 0-40m

DXR6 Carbine
The only carbine with range greater than 60m.

Could anyone do an E5 Carbine for me? I've compiled a list for my fellow Squad Leaders and would like to finish it. What I'm missing is un-sliced max damage and maxed speed. Here's a link of what I've done thus far. Squad Leader Cache Updated 8-24-05

I plan on trying to have some rifles made with all stats capped pre-slice and see if it is doable in any capacity for any rifles.

Carbines SAC cap is 73 not 72 (happened last night told me in spatial when I crafted one)
