Just made some low level weapons for a good friend
DLT20a
Max dam: 178.25
and a couple revisions....not sure it's 100% necessary
DL44
Max dam: 143.75
DH17
Max dam: 106.95
the previous entires for these last two omitted the decimals.

not sure if anyone has posted on this yet but I hit the hard cap on damage.... correct me if I am wrong please

this is a great idea, great list. thanks. here's what i can contribute:
berserker rifle speed cap: 2.17
alliance needler carbine speed cap: 1.95
in the future, if/when i hit a cap, i'll post here. thanks for updating the list.

ok I know the top says 72 sac for all carbines and maybe this is just me but it happened 3 times.
I am making a E11 Mark II carbine. I get my SAC down to 73 and I have managed to cap the damage so I figure I will cap the SAC too. I use my last point and the SAC stays at 73!!!! I try this again and the same thing happens. I log off my cpu run a full scan and attempt again and the SAC stays at 73 so I am thinking SAC is 73 for the E11 Mark II Carbine. Can anyone help me out here. Oh and my experimentations were 2 amazing and 1 great

I was able to slice the speed of an Advanced Laser Rifle to 2.14, although the crafting cap is 2.17.

It could be the resources your using.But I bet it's the hidden decimel thing coming into play. before you use your last point, the hidden decimels could be so low that you may need to get an 8% (amazing success) experimentation attempt with that final point.

Modified Republic Blaster and Scatter Pistol both have a slicing cap of 916. I know this becaise I wasted an illegal core booster on the Rep blaster

The components I was using were the BH mark looted Power Cells. My resources were the Best Flurry has had spawned. I tried to just make ABPHs and see what I could get and I can hit 72 with just normal ones on the E11 Mark II. So I am wondering if it's the BH looted Power cells :/

Experimenting with the DXR6 Carbine
Although listed as a Carbine the sac is cap is 82 just like a rifle. It's also a level 40 weapon
