I crafted an ADL without looted componetns and it was 450-995 , pretty decent i guess soldit real fast too, was surprised. So with some lucky experiements and assembly id say 1000 base is very attainable.I just maxed sac on all componentsi could first then into damage and speed. the speed on the gun came out at 2.9 though. not great. but it made a great grind gun and someone is making use of it now.
