Iselle, you have given me good advice in the past, so I will ask you on this one.
I have tried for several days now to get a response....any response at all from this guy. My ingame emails and tells are ignored as well as PM's on the forums. Should I just out him and be done with it? or let it go?
The WS finally got back in touch with me, asked me what I wanted in compensation. I told him equivlent scopes would be fine and his reply "sry but i´m not paying these insane prices ppl want on the forums...if i find some ingame i´ll give u a call". I did some checking of his post, and I find him bidding and buying all sorts of high end weapon componets, and even bidding in my current auction.
This was the final straw. I have gone now from being disgruntled to being angry.
The weaponsmith is Herb'ztar on Ahazi galaxy. I tried to keep this civil, and come to some sort or arrangment with him, but he insist on being unethical.
I will be making a post to the galaxy forum later today with all the details and documentation about this whole mess. I am also opening a trade fraud ticket within the game, although I doubt that will do me much good.

BTW I need a new WS on Ahazi if anyone would be interested.

many non weaponsmiths do not know what all is required to make what they want, it is up to the honest weaponsmith to inform the customer of what is required and only keep leftovers if that is specifically agreed upon up front.
to do otherwise is a blatant effort to rip off the customer by relying on their ignorance. it is dishonest and it is wrong.
herb'ztar's solution is to offer money, after getting called out. and this is for loots that are not replaceable, as i understand it, they no longer drop. other than this, he does not care and has made no effort to apologize or show any remorse.
to me, this suggests that all he would be sorry for is getting caught...and this behavior will continue

first of all i don´t care about any of your forum posts, some nerd tried to ruin my buisness before coz he couldn´t place a order and failed miserably, i even got2 orders for RIS armor coz of his post
2 days after the assembly you emailed me about the remaining scopes i told you i allready used them in other weapons while assuming u don´t want any of them back as u didn´t say anything about the scopes when i made the weapons, if u said u want the scopes back i´d of courz given them back...
i was afk for the whole weekend so i didn´t reply to your emails...now i asked you what u want in exchange for the scopes, you said u don´t want money, u want equivalent scopes back, i told u that i can´t provide the scopes...and now you make this post
i offered money, you don´t want it,...so:
