yup.
i buy T21s and Laser Rifles in crates of 10. i keep the ones that come out 26% or better dmg slices. rest goes straight out to the bazaar at 6k a piece.
yup. i lose money and it costs me about 500-800k to replace weapons, but what else can i do ?

Pre-patch T21
Loot a T21
Use Tissue
Use a rare nice looted barel
Use an exceptional stock
or slice it damage 
To the best of my knowlage no smiths currently make T21s that high on damage. Even patch day ones where 424 or so

Yes i agree that this is most likely a looted or krayt t21. On patch day, the smiths on tempest made ones that were around 425 max damage which is really good. However, i find it HIGHLY unlikely that this is a regular t21 with no krayt tissues or loot components in it. However, if someone does know how to make them this high PLEASE let me know.

if that is with no powerup it is what is called Double-Slice.. those stats simply aren't possible without some super major krayt tissue +100 dmg or more and a sweet speed slice.

I'm pretty sure that someone multi-sliced your gun. Several reasons. If it was a krayt, they would have said so in the description. The highest max I've seen on a stocked t21 it 410, and since it has a stock, the speed is a bit slower. most 410 max t21's have a speed over 7.0. usually 7.2 or so. And even is this was a krayt without a stock (which I seriously doubt), It would need more than one slice to get to 4.0 speed.

Maybe useing the imp stock one could hit the 4.0 mark. Other then that you would need krayt tissues in the least, and fantastic polonium. That might of happened once in the game before they capped it. Then again as I have posted before you can bug the assemble and get unbeleivable results. Has anyone here got a 27 percent initial exp on a t21. Well if someone exploit assembled a t21 they might. Compareing t21s is pointless since the exploit assemble is so dang easy to accomplish.

You can make em reach 400max with a stock fairly easily(mind cost would be 110 or so though), the extra 50 would have to be krayt I'd say.

you can get crates of rifles from any weaponsmith who makes them in a factory, they uncrate them to put on their vendors

I really dig getting the crate and picking out the cream slices of the mix. My new question would be regarding vocabulary. What does the "pwp" and "scoped" terms mean? I would assume that being "scoped" might give the rifle better accuracy...do they not all come this way? My assumption for "pwp" would be power-up, if so, what kind of powerup? Sorry, still getting accustomed to not using just my hands and feet in a fight
