Thread: weapon dps is a joke...
This is how the cool down timer works before you can fire you next shot...
Your modified speed X your special speed (now this if for 2 differnt shots, and the cap is one)
rangedshot = 1 shot speed
placedshot = 1.3 shot speed
is this shot speed from your testing? not seen numbers before, is there anymore you can show us, would beinteresting to see.

Those are some bad damage pups you accounted for in your sheet... I got some from a crafter I know that are +30% dam but only +5% speed... Damage pups look a lot better if you get stats like that

o6 and o7 need to have multiply by b6 and b7 added...

gotta narrow the assumptions i guess, kinda from fuzzy memory i remember regen being at about 4-5% a tick (tick being 1 sec) the exact figure being slightly dependant on buffs, foods, debuffs, Race...?
The exact values will be very hard to come by, as you say food etc will make it different for every player, but what re are really concerned about is just a rough comparison...
What it does show even now is that with your gun you would be better off with a speed pup using ranged/placed combo than a SAC pup with crit/leg combo...
Using this to tweek the stats of the weapon you are holding may yeald even more DPS
on the elemental damage...
the fact that its not influence can also be an advantage, when you're stating people, you're using specials with a dam. mod lower than X1, but your target still gets hit for FULL elemental damage.
also, normal damage gets reduced by 30%, elemental does not...
