You do realize that the second the looted BPH's are nerfed, they'll suddenly become worth massive uber cash, right? I mean, this whole thing is such a no-brainer-leave-it-alone I can't believe it. There are people on Ahazi who have done 50 missions and not gotten ANY of these little cubes. It's not like they're falling out of the sky three times an hour for BH's.
And call it nerfing. It's nerfing.

same damage range as krayt/gorax, so far has shown higher speed reductions than general krayt/gorax, and has a SAC reducer, which krayt/gorax do not have. these need to be rebalanced. we all know that people flock to the best, not the middle of the road. one of these needs to be high dmg, no SAC reduction, the other can be low-mid dmg and better SAC/spd reduction. that's balancing, not nerfing.
I dont get why they didnt make these enhancers for Min dam and with sac reduction would have been nice to have an option of upping the min dam (perhaps they could have made them enhancers for barrels instead giving us the oportunity to make them with tissues or shards)
They seem to be quite rare drops so my suggestion shouldnt be all to unbalancing ![]()
what I would have liked to see is min/max damage stuff.
make it different from krayt/gorax stuff, not better.
Oh and I still sell +30 krayt tissue occassionaly, so it does have a place. ![]()

Maybe pistols, but you need high 100's to cap rifles.
the more I am reading across all the boards, the more of a feeling I have that the better pearls and crystals will start dropping before long. Taking the Krayts and Gorax out of the loop, making the loot drop from a "Normal" profession and it's wicked good. Seems like they are ramping up the rest of the professions for balancing the "alpha" class in game.
Just may be me being paranoid, but they rarely do anything without a reason.... and this was a major loot change. Just seems to be following a pattern to me.

And bigoted. It's possible in many games out there. And a large number of them are playable. One might even say, "Most," of them are playable. It's in this one all over the place - how HARD is it, really, to hit your Assembly / Experimentation Cap with the number of sockets a non-combat and non-wookie char has? My guess is really, at this point, that you've got a large number of credits invested in tissue that you know would be mildly harder to sell were something better to come down the pipe. Which it has. You complained before even knowing how rare these things were, and I can tell you that I personally have runten to twenty BH missions in the last two days, all lvl 81-82, and I haven't seen hide nor hair of any of these amazing component drops. Lots of smuggler crap, some BH schems, but no component drops.

Tough Freaking Luck. I ground out SW from nothing doing Artisan missions to raise money then selling ALL my piloting goods'cause I didn't know any better andtwo or three weeks after I finished, /respec came along. Did I vetch? Yes. But then I'm not a Correspondent. WS's were complaining about being unable to compete with quest weapons, and Lo And Behold There Is Suddenly A Way To Compete With Quest Weapons and you say, "Lame, you can now make perfect weapons."
Christ. Something about wanting your cake and to eat it too. What, did you think they'd adjust the schems? Do a full crafting revamp to a game they're not sure will survive out the year? No, let's just get people to do more loot grinding. Have it drop better than before, and they'll stay to see that gun they never dreamed possible. And I'll stay to build it. I want some of this stuff so I can build a carbine that can compete top the proton carbine.
I'mhappy with this, I'm sorry you're not, but I really hope you can't get it changed to suit yourself.

These things don't drop every boss mark. I killed five bosses yesterday, only got the enhamcements off two. And it's not as if there aren't plenty of double capped weapons already ingame, or weapons that are only a point or two off being double capped.
If there's yet another nerf ingame, the nerf should not make the stats useless, but to lower the drop rate.
Why is it that we finally get something that make crafted weapons more attractive compared with looted weapons again and people cry nerf.
