Just as an FYI, the best non-enhanced DX-2 that I've ever seen is 102/162/2.6. Seeing that top quality aBPH's run around the 20/40 range (not sure on speed), I would go so far as to figure that with your tissues and top quality resources for that DX-2, you could come out around...
Min: 101
Max: 230
And unfortunately, I don't know the speeds on the top quality aBPH's or I might be able to tell you end speed on that pistol also. My *guess* (and it's only a guess) would be a 101/230/2.1 or 101/230/2.0 DX-2. With a 30% damage slice, you'd be lookin at around a 130/300/2.1 DX-2! VERY nice pistol!

4 left doesn't leave too many options. Maybe you could forget the scatter and do a DXR6-b disruptor or a Jawa.
