but...
I run a very empty inventory have all my resources in bags on the wall in my house and everything else in bags on a vendor*. So I can pop my 'adventuring' backpack on the vendor, equip the bandolier (and all the other stuff I need to put on to get my 11 exp points (I'm a Dosh, finding what I need to crawl up to 12 points is proving difficult as I need at least 1 big mod
) then get resources from the bags as I need them and components off the vendor as I need them.
It's a major PITFA though, but it does at least work...
Please let them make bandoliers** wearable with backpacks
*It's my guild/special item vendor, that I use to store a few bags @ 99999999 credits each. I'm not sure how I would feel ifsomeone ever actually bought one...
**all bandoliers please as I'm about to buy one with a +6 mod, so just doing it to the WS one will still leave me messed up

Yes please make it wearable with backpack, or at least make it maybe 20 item storage inventory, 50 sounds unrealistic for a bandolier. Would be nice if the Ubese bandolier had small storage as well since it has a small container on the back.

Just like to point out the Droid Engineer "toolkit" is the same. Perhaps if you post a message in our forum we can band together to get a fix.

I'd like to think this profession has bigger problems than what this whiny jedi-like petition is complaining about
Unserialized components
Temporary schematics
Inconsistent assembly / experimentation
Weapon repair
Running out of room? Make use of one of those lots and throw down a factory for storage....quit clogging up this forum with crap like this

An easy way out on the part of the dev's would be to release a new limited use schematic for a backpack with the same skill mods, call it a WS backpack or similar. There's already two packs with mods (lightweight military & spec-ops field agent pack), it'd be easy to create another that has the same mods as the WS Toolkit.
The existing system of not being able to wear a bandolier & pack at the same time would keep smiths from being able to use both at once to stack the mods, and would still allow us smith's to hold all our valuable resources, components, enhancers, etc. while still getting the bonus'.
Packs currently do not decay on cloning, meaning there'd be no fear of losing it like is currently possible with the toolkit (though I expect we'll see pack decay at some point in the future).
Just my $.02

I agree, please make it wearable at the same time as the backpack.
And/or make it use a slot other than the backpack slot. I think the belt slot would be good.
The idea of making it a 50 item container to use instead of the backpack would be good also.
