Power hammer pretty much matches mine. We got some fantastic kammris iron on Lowca. I made a 99% effective lance with the stuff, heh hee. I really need to get some more harvesters working on it though.


2h curved sword is better than anything I can make but limited by Lowca's resources. We're slowly catching up though, and had some good new things popup recently. Still can't make rocket launchers, adv. vibro units, T21s and a few more things though


There's still room for improvement for some things with the new optional enhancements though, and of course the new powerhammer schematics with a sub-component will change them a bit. I just pray they don't add any additional HAM costs, eek!

Any idea what steel goes in to makeing that and the percentage of the experiment? Smith on server says he gets 238 as max with 98% experiment. And others says around 250 would be max possible.

best i've seen unsliced up top there .. i decided to go with speed on the two handed curved .. and damage wiht my power hammer .. strange enough though.. my sword sliced to 1.8 speed doesn't seem any faster then when it was at 2.6 .. is it just that with master techniques thats as fast as i can get right now?

Master techniques is -65% delay, so un-styled swings would be at 2.6 * 0.35 = 0.91 seconds.


The 1.8 version would be 0.63 seconds.


Due tothe 1.0 delay minimum, all normal attacks with either would be 1.0 seconds apart.


What we now need to know is whether the delay on specials is applied before or after the 1.0 cap. For example, a delay multiplier of 2 could turn these into 1.82or 1.26 seconds between attacks, or it could make both be 2 second delays.


At master, a 6.0 speed hammer swings at 1.5, at the higher skill levels speed slices are hardly worth it.

I was going to say... I thought when I was getting such a strange speed mod on my sword cores as -0.602 that I'd hit the ceiling...

My 2-handed curved swords are the exact same damage as this, not sure about HAM etc. The only way to miprove will be to get better UT Dolovite iron... might get and extra 10/10 damage and .4 speed I would guess.. with 980+ UT Dolovite for advanced sword core.

When I sat down and worked these up this weekend, they came out as:


62-250 dmg, 2.5 spd, 29-62-34 HAM


So the theory about 250/2.5 being the cap is probably correct, as I maxed these out to 99% experimentation.

My 2HS comes out pretty close to that. As for power hammers I just made one that was a max damage of 460. The HAM sucked, but max damage was 460. I'm at work so can't give you exact stats.

well I cant say for the 2h curved what my exact stats were, but my power hammer I whipped up last night was 108-460 5.5not sure of the rest of the stats but I am at work.. I was pretty impressed with myself.
