Thread: WS hologrinders are all over the place...
The (Master Weaponsmith) title is meaningless...
The 3 houses full of resources that stretch back 3-4 months, the days spent coming up with optimal schematics, the 800 customers, the tell spam, the full inbox, ... that's what it means to be a Master Weaponsmith.
About3 weeks before Christmas, before I found out we were getting holos for Christmas, I was trying to decide what I wanted to do with my character. I knew I wanted an Artisan/Crafting profession, but wasn't sure which. I liked the idea of Droid Engineer and Weaponsmith most, and was also considering Armorsmith. Turned out, a friend had already started going for Weaponsmith, so I decided to try Armorsmith.
After about a week, without using macros, I wasn't really happy with the AS grind. It seemed you had to make everything 2 and 3 times, and the items to grind (manually) seemed to give very little xp. I talked to that friend, and they dropped Weaponsmith... yay! So I decided to start working for that, instead.
Then came the day of the holos... I was a lucky one to receive 2 of them. Since my friend dropped Weaponsmith, I had just now received enough XP to train it. I found the WS trainer and got Novice. About 5 hours later (doing missions & harvesting), and wIth much nervousness, I read the first holo - WooooHoooooo! Master Weaponsmith.... Sooooo lucky! ![]()
On a side-note (non-WS related), on another server I'm a Novice Bio-Eng... read my only holo... Master CH. Not bad... ![]()

I just mastered WS last month, and I'm collecting resources right now.
My first holo said Master Armorsmith. I know it can be done, I have seen posts from dual Master WS/ AS on this forum.
I just dont know if I want to drop my Master Artisan quite yet. I will, probably, as soons as the vehicle market settles out. I'm not looking forward to dropping my vendors and survey skills.
