Thread: So.. how much did the CU cost you?

WS got hosed on conversions, I lost 300-400 cases of grenades, couple hundred cases or powerups deleted cuz they were useless, couple geo schems, duno how many scythe schems, etc... Mostly im upset about losing my friends, and my invaluable time.

well let's see. a full run of imp detenators that we running when the CU hit. around 30 crates of krated ABPH's and 300-400 tissues that converted to crap ( or just didn't convert at all and now aren't worth the storage space they are taking) so i'd say 20-30 mil minimum

I'm not even going to think about it... it's making me sad. 1000+ geo cubes, backpacks full of schems for now-worthless weapons, vendors full of now junk, about 10m in DE-10 loot alone... *sigh*

i hate thinking about it but i stocked up on loot before the cu.


5x de10 schem


10x scythe schem


10x hack schem


10x geo schem


23x set of 7 yellow


25x set of 7 agent


20x acklay bones


misc green/white/yellow cubes.


500 krayt abph yes i didn't have enough room to store it. Luckily it was mostly the base ones i converted.


100 gorax/spider apfm


Offcourse 2500 weapons and 200 lootmade weapons to crap.


guessing i lost some money on no longer having the best resources. And since i'm a 11point the difference between me and the other smiths did increase.


that's about it for the mayor things. I didn't even calculated how much it was worth i just guessed it was worth more then i ever had in cash well that's easy never had more then 10mil

About 200 mill worth of AA invested in my pistoleer's armor... most of them useless now (dodge for instance). Those still useful are virtually useless as well since the converted armor is crappy.

This is where I stopped counting my losses... anyway, I can enumerate them even though I don't have numbers: krayt tissues, krayt aBPH, gorax aPFM, cubes, acklay bones, geo pistol schematics, scythe schematics, de-10 schematics and barrels... did I miss something?

Oh yes, my ns lance (exceptional) worth at least 50 mill before CU (pure damage) was converted to some 260 dps garbage... and to add insult to the injury it also got a -5% damage slice.


Well, I'm glad anyway that I managed to craft for my guildies (for free) really nice weapons using pre-CU componentsandsome nicekrayt tissues that were available immediately after the CU.
