Okay, I showed my friend this and we agree on one thing: Either Weaponsmiths either have no clue or they have no clue.

Soooo, lemme try to make this simple. I want an E11, not a Laser, not an EE3, not a rifle, not a pistol, but an E11 Carbine. So, that being said... Is there a way using a crafting station, crafting tool, excellent resources, and the right conditions, to make a GOOD E11 (CLOSE to, not EXACT to, an EE3)? I really can't see how the original question hasn't been answered yet you guys keep going off on tangents like scopes and what you prefer. I know the "power gamer" Carbine of choice is the Laser. Mine is the E11. So please, I'm just looking for an answer to the original question, and nothing else.

Apologies to anyone who I offend or if I seem to be flaming, because I'm not. It's just when someone asks me a specific question about R2 Droids, I answer it and don't go off talking about Protocol Droids or about how Probots are "broken". So I guess I expect the same.

Heh, sorry I got off on a tangent, but I got the impression (as some of my customers also have gotten into the groove of) is ofhow the gun looks.

However if I may respectfully point out your question was answered by Aristarchus52 quite early on, quote "As for the original question, I highly doubt the E11 carbine would ever match the higher end carbines (unless you use a Krayt Tissue) because it requires Plumbum Iron. Plumbum invariably has lousy Conductivity." Not flaming, or offending, merely pointing out perhaps you should read everything before you snap off a shot at the rest of us

And I have to say....if that was so easy dont u think you would have seen some decent non krayt E11 already ?

I actually decided to build some EE3s E11s and Elites... I think it would be a special circumstance before I used any of them over a Laser if I were a carbineer but they didn't seem to to bad..

Radiant

EE3 88-200 Speed 2.9 Radius 3.0 (is this actually AoE)?

E11 74-153 Speed 2.8

Elite 110-190 Speed 3.5

The Elite with LAP seems a match for the EE3 its not horrifyingly worse anyway... oh well back to selling Lasers >

*grin* With all due respect to most folks - I've found personally that just about every other customer thinks that we're not trying our best. I'm sure we all get tells along the lines of "I want a good pistol/rifle/carbine" as if implying we only sell bad ones and reserve the 'good' ones for those people who ask

As for the analysis - I think what should be taken into account also is upgrade potential. EE3 and Laser carbines take 3 handlers, Elite takes 4, so to make the former 2 with krayt enhancers would take 4 identical, and the latter, 5. E11 takes a single handler, so a single tissue the requirement. *shrug* Just seems to me easier to upgrade that carbine. I made a very nice E11 rifle, came out to 138-383/4.4 using just the one krayt tissue and getting a great 32% damage slice. Not bad for one tissue.

Guess we could say these types of single handler weapons are the economical choice for Krayt tissue usage.
