One thing I have to say for those still having trouble making stocks...

FS experimentation has done wonders for it, when I did my stocks last week I was getting 40-40 90% of the time, before I had the skill it was very hard to do this.

Fellow WS made some 40/40 .159 27/27/27(might be slightly off on the speed). I also have some 40/40 .501 18/18/18 that I use for T21's to lower the ham and maximize the damage, and speed for T21's is mostly not an issue since 90% of the riflemen are easily speed capped. My final stats for speed on a T21 are still roughly 7.5speed so it makes very little diff to use my slower stocks on them, but they have a noticably lower ham cost and are still maximized for damage.

Mine are usually 40/40 0.285 I have some that are 40/40 0.8 +27 Ideal Those came from the one time I've ever seen an Amazing success while crafting stocks.

I had one time where I hit 10/10 0.011 using a 5/1/1/1/1/1 technique. Speed just kept getting lower and lower, but not much improvement in damage. Didn't bother running a schem.
