Thread: Advanced vs Standard Components

Yeah, I've been using all advanced components on my weapons with the one exception of scopes because I did not have good enough resources. But, I haven't looked at it lately and maybe I should be using those too. I've gotten many comments on my excellent guns, and I think the improved range stats are the key. Even though advanced barrels do hurt speed slightly, I feel that the improvement to range (Accuracy) and bit of extra damage outweighs the loss of speed, as long as your advanced componets can be experimented pretty high.
I almost never use stocks. Once it a while, if someone says they don't care about ham, then maybe. But I've never tried making stocks geared towards accuracy instead of damage, so I'm curious to see if that makes a big difference.
