Thread: Rocket Launcher: A LOT of work to produce. Is it worth it?

Some of you seem a little sour on offering slow moving weapons. Look at the bright side, you only have to make once in a while. And that wide selection can bring a wider array of customers to your shop, if you care about that sort of thing. There are very few weapons that NO ONE wants, and even those are bought once in a while by people who want a complete collection of weapons in their class just for the hell of it.
It's not that rocket launchers are slow-moving, it's that it takes days to make a batch when I could be using my factories for something else. Also many servers haven't had resources for advanced power handlers spawn for a while and people don't want to use their limited supply on weapons that sell 3 a week when they could be used for stuff that sells 50 a week.

When I make em, I do perhaps a crate of 25.
For some reason I don't believe you're making crates of 25 on these ![]()
They only come 7 to a crate
Agreed. That's what I do. I'm sacrificing a few points damage, but I believe the speed is better. That 10 points dmg or so is NOTHING when compared to the dmg they will do without them.

Although Kettemoor is not currently limited on adv ph materials, why not just use regular phs? 17 dmg or whatever isn't much when the weapon does 3-4k base....
Power handler mention was in reference tocrap guns like the elite carbine, DL44s, etc.
If I made rocket launchers I'd use random crap resources and generic parts, not going to waste good stuff on an item that uses tons of resources and wouldn't benefit much.
Rocket Launchers are great. If the enemies are clumped you can get all of them. I practically one-shot killed a bh in pvp a few days ago.
I think a fair price would be 30-45k. (but that is on lowca)
