Go for armoursmith if you are only after the big $, if you already do the resource trading it should not be too hard for you to get supplies for it! WS is a long term deal to turn a profit and it requires longevity and product name to be really profitable on the scale I think you are alluding too!

I still say it's easier to make good money selling resources. On Corbantis, crap resources sell for 2.5-3 cpu, good in-shift resources can go for 4-5 cpu. Running 10 13 BER minerals on a high concentrationspot can get you several hundred thousand units. Even if you sell it at a bulk discount of say 3 cpu for good resources, that's still over 1 million credits in just one week. I haven't come close to making a million credits in one week as a MWS.

So why don't I sell resources? Because I like crafting more than anything else in SWG, and weaponsmith is the best crafting profession, imo. My resource collection represents a vast investment of time and money, so if I ever get bored with WS, I'll sell my resources to recoup my investment.

I use the bazaar for selling resources... It gets slow. Atleast if they up the cap to 6k per sale it will make my sales go faster. The thing with player vendors is that VERY FEW people will actually know you! Maybe a resource shop in my player city (citizen, im nto the mayor) will help. If I become popular then, Ka-Ching! I am now going to focus on resource selling. Thanks for the advice guys!

You can also advertise in your server's trade forum for bulk sales. That will help you move the stuff faster.
