Like others have said, the populace is slowly catching on to how useful powerups can be in the POST-CU world. Each week that goes by more people find out about these things. I have my entire guild hooked on them and they are telling their friends about them as well. I personally use -27% SAC -13 accuracy ones and love them. Thankfully I have an ADK on my rifle. Even with 500 uses I go through them pretty quickly when out hunting, but I never run out of action (MRM/MBH/MM) even without food.

I have three variety of PuP I use. All for different reasons:

33.98% Dmg 10.9% slowdown - (This is pretty simular to A'ru stats as I recall). This effectively converts some of your speed into damage. It does have an overall speed increase. I use this for killing creatures.

22% Dmg 1.4% slowdown - At 1.4% speed loss, it has virtually no side-effectwhile it gives a good wack extra in damage. This is great for PvP where I expect the fight to be quick and dont want the loss in speed to land specials. Makes your DPS bigger if that type of thing impresses you.

29% Action reduction -11 Accuracy. My carbine already has 17 action so it bring it down to 6. As ive already got Accuracy of 339, i think i can life with that loss. This brings the action of my carbine down to 64. I use this when I know i am going to firing constantly for long time.

Most of my PuP are between 300-500 uses so they last ages and dont run out in the middle of a fight they way they used to

My main Carbine has an ADK. If it didnt, I would still use them.

Cant live without PuPs

Thanks for all the great information and for explaining how powerups fit into a post-CU world. I guess I'll start running off some crates.
