Or maybe its good so that it protects the WS? Meaning the best weapons will not be because of the slice but rather because of the weaponsmith's crafting.

Your refferring to a Damage slice cap right?


Here is a link to an Elite Carbine that has been speed sliced and i'm pretty sure it passes the crafting speed cap for a carbine. http://www.imagedump.com/index.cgi?pick=get&tp=275597&poll_id=0&warned=y


I'm going to have to look on the smuggler forums I just cant' believe they would put a Cap on the amount of damage that can be sliced.
