I know I shouldn't get my hopes up, but if it was an intended change, why would it just be with conductivity? The other resource stats would follow suit if it was intended.

Too many capped weapons? I dunno.
Because its just conductivity, I think its a bug as well. But the aparent abundance of Mustafarian resources with no caps and high stats frightens me - a lot.
I wouldn't worry about that. That won't happen a second time.

Its because of that planet. it is 1000 for conducitvity and oq.

They removed the caps when the resrouces when into affect.
It affects ws/as alot and alot fo ws are pissed off, read their boards.
Lot of their weapons takes conductivity and they can't make good weapons anylonger, unless they to and mine the new stuff.

confirmed as a bug, they are working on a fix (see devtracker)
