can anyone confirm a mustafar resource actually despawning?
tarq has its second round of spawns, and the previous stuff is still there and able to be sampled.

Still on the original spawn on Sunrunner.

Hrm, well lets say you're using a 500W PSU for your PC. in 5 hours thats about 2.5kwh. In UK it costs about 10p/kwh. So you just spent 25p of electricity. On ebay you can buy credits for around 1m/£, so therefore you kinda just earnt about 80k not 330

From the tailor forums, i dont believe the surveying clothing has any effect whatsoever and is on the list of broken BE mods for us.

Yet you spend time to set yourself up on a god-forsaken planet surveying for a resource because some lazy ass yank decided that it was a good enough incentive to get £15 off me?
Yes I'm cranky.

When i was grinding artisan almost a year ago. I just started surveying in a high spot, and went off to watch T.V. i would check up on it every now and then to get rid of a pesky box. took about 6-7 hours, and i ended up with 1k of resources. SO if you set your toon harvesting, and just do what i did for the normal time it takes a resource to spawn then despawn (10days avg.) im guessing that the most possible amount you can get will be around 20k.

In 12 hours on a 79% spot of iron, I pulled about 5500 units. So it's possible to get a resource kit's worth of stuff if you're willing to put up with the hassle for a few days. Of course, you have to lucky to find a safe spot with a high concentration. The wise thing would be to expect to find yourself dead when you get back.

Thanks, Greedok, i kinda figured that ![]()
And as for the power, I'm surveying in the background on my laptop at work....so:
- grand total of electricity expense= Nil!
- risk of decay...i guess I might have to replace my Hawtpants after 50 deaths (would probably be a good idea, they get pretty gamey out in the heat on Mustafar)
- and not sure how to figure the $30 vs. quantity of resources....credits are selling for $2/mil....that's $10 for a resource crate...About $0.80 per 2k (5 hrs)...so need about 60 hrs worth of surveying to equal the dollar cost of a 30k resource deed....but only come out with 16k resources after 60 hrs surveying...mind you, this is all done while I'm asleep or at work.
