The thing to do would be to contact CSR and ask them to replace your tissues with ones that have a serial number. You may even get lucky and the will give you better quality ones for honesty.

Common sense is usually a good start..if something looks like it could be a problem (eg using a schematic over and over again getting stats that the ingredients don't give or allowing you to bypass serial numbers when you know serial numbers are always checked etc.) than it's usually a bug...finding the bug and reporting it is what people are expected to do...knowing about the bug and taking advantage of it takes you into the land of exploits...

im going to have to look into this further
If an item was looted as it is im curious how it becomes an exploit **ON THE PRETENSE**
that i know a smith who looted numerous genosian parts long before THAT was legal and made a killing on the guns because no one else could make them.
he was investigated.
and is still selling weapons
