Actually an extra two points is approx 125-200 (depending on Great or Amazing Successes) over a 12 point smith.
But the end result is the same, the damage and speed of the weapons will be exactly the same. as a 10 point smith, and 125-200 condition is about a weeks worth or less depending on how the customer uses the weapon. If the person OC2's with powerups all the time, 200 condition is used in 1 hour.
