I copied and pasted both macros and followed the instructions and only changed the schematic number and the seconds to pause and it works great!

Thanks.

For finding you schematic number use this.

___________________________________________________________________________________

From Candleman:

Create a macro and name it whatever you want. I call mind Sel. You can name it Finder iguess.

/ui action toolbarSlot00
/sel 147

That is it. First line selects the crafting tool you should have in slot00. The second line selects the item 147 in your Data Schmatics(in your datapad). This is the last one i had to do so your number will most likely be different. Each item that you can make is in your data Schmatics tab of your datapad. They all are numbered 0 - XXX. We don't know what that number is. That is why we run this macro. You will need to run the macro. If you arn't close, changethe /sel # and try again, and again, and again. sometimes it takes several tries. Remember that you see more of them when you are near a crafting stations. Remember your number, you will need it in the rest of the macros.

If you guys are sitting infront of your puter while crafting using this macro you are wasting your time. Go to google.com and type in " hiddensoft " and download autoit from their page. I have autoit selecting all the resources for me I've been able with this macro and autoit to master weaponsmith in about 6 days, only because of I only play 1-3 hrs a night. I set autoit in a loop and it selects the resources forever, never missing a beat.

But for rifle barrels you need to be near a crafting station, how do you get the macro to select "Prototype" rather than "Experiment" or "make Schematic"?

What you do is this :
/createPrototype Practice No Item;
/createPrototype Practice No Item;
/pause 3;
etc.....
i got 7 tools running with a 6 sec pause for the resources and a 2 second pause between stations. 8)

This is usually because of LAG. Up your delay time(add more seconds)

I use 3 seconds for resource selection and 2 seconds between tools and if the lag is bad I get that message.

I usually up my time to 5 and 3, I go from making a barrel every 5 seconds to every 8 seconds.

You will have to play with it and find what your connection and computer can handle. The time of day is a factor also, so keep that in mind.

Do the following:

open your options screen CRTL - O

select the CONTROL TAB

select the KEYMAP button on the bottom

select the CHAT TAB on top

select the command you want to remap (CHAT EDIT PASTE)

click REBIND BUTTON

and use whatever sequence you want

I used CRTL+SHIFT+V for my paste command

you will get a message saying something about that sequence is used fo debuggin but you won't ever do that so go ahead and use it.

It has worked fine for me.

I hope this helps everybody.

Hey No Problem,

What I would try now is to only use 2 crafting tools and put a 10 sec pause.

See if that works.

Also make sure everything is typed as it is in the first post on this subject.

Just one change can screw it all up.

First of all, 3rd party macro tools are violating the EULA.

Secondly, you won't be able to get past the "Crafting Failure" box. No macro will.

I would love for it to be a way to afk macro just using the SWG macro script, but it doesn't seem to be a way to do that.

Grinding is sooooooooooooooo boring. I feel like i'm going to work when i sit down to play.

Is your mesage saying that the "Crafting session has ended"?

If that is the case then it is working.

Check it by opening your skills screen, CRTL-S and select one of you skill boxes you are working on filling, then watch the exp at the bottom of the skills window. It should be going up with each successfull craft.

You will reach a point where you can't get anymore exp unless you train and use up your exp. so watch it and make sure you are getting exp and not wasting you resources and time.
