Thread: Super easy and super uber grinding macro
Hey all !
Just wanted to say that this Macro is really really great !
Works great
BUT
most of the reasons it sometimes gives you trouble is becuz of LAG,
however you can solve this by adjusting the /pause time command...
for example use pause 4 or 5 for when you u click reasources,
and use pause 2 for when ur booting the next crafting station,
this has solved the crafting on top of each other resulting in cancellation .
just my 2 cents

80K exp.... wow.
I think my script allows me to crank out projectile rifle barrels for 56000 exp per hour. With the delays I can make a barrel every 6 second, meaning 10 per minutes. thats 940 exp per minute. That mulitiplied with 60 is 56K.
If you manage to craft a barrel every 5th second you make 67000 exp per hour. I find it hard to believe you can craft any faster...

I didn't see a quote button... (this is my first post)... so sorry if the format is poor.
I'm a Master Artisan/Novice Weaponsmith on Tarquinas, and I just learned that crafting macros were out there (and worked) yesterday. I have yet to use one (or get one to work). I tried one, but couldn't get it to start... so I'll try again.
6 Seconds for a Macro is not that impressive. I craft Projectile Rifle Barrels using Steel at a rate of one every 8-9 seconds... so to say that you only save 2-3 seconds byusing a macro doesn't do much for me. But I hope to be able to get them down to 3-4 seconds, and then it will really start paying off.
We'll see tonight... can't guarantee tonight, but just thought I'd put in my 2 cents and mention that 8-9 seconds is not only realistic, but attainable. :-)

ok then... but what if you only have around 380k like me?
where am i supposed to get 2.4mil to buy 800k steel?

I NEED HELP!!!
okay i can get the crafting stage to boot, and i can get it to where i can click all my resouces in, but after that, something happens where it won't continue on. as soon as the /pause 5 is up, it instantly says that my crafting session has ended. i checked my macro to see if i put in everything correctly, and i did, everything is 100% on. did anyone else have this problem, or does anyone know why it does this and how to fix it.
Same thing just done slightly differently. A macro above each crafting kit you have in your hotkeys. Type /dump to stop all pause commands and the loop. Need crafting kits to cover the time it takes the item to be crafted (practiced). The spaces and capital letters need to be identical to the ones here.
/nextcraftingstage;
/nextcraftingstage;
/createprototype practice no item;
/createprototype practice no item;
/pause 2;
/ui action toolbarSlotXX;
/selectDraftSchematic XX;
/pause 4;
/ui action toolbarSlotXX;
The first toolbarSlot is the next macro on the top line of the hotkeys. The second toolbarSlot is the crafting tool that is placed directly under the macro. Draft schematic is trial and error until you get the right one (not hard to remove the guesswork just count your draft schematics in your datapad). Pause 4 can be raised up or down depending on your lag. If you get slight lag while the tool is loading don't put any ingredients in or it'll just spaz up on you and waste resourses. Just let the macro clock over to the next crafting kit and start adding resourses when everything settles down. If it is loading the resourses as the next macro starts you will get an error. Click the X in the error box, let the macro clock over to the next crafting tool and continue on. If you have trouble just look at what it is doing and try the commands individually to get a better understanding of what they are doing.
Great macro! I wish my amount of lag didn't change from minute to minute so I have to adjust the pauses constantly ![]()
what is going on???!?!?
i got my macro in 100% like the on on forums.
then i got to my pause 4; and click on my resouces.
as soon as i click them and pause is over, it says "the crafting session has ended". then the next craft starts.
how can i fix this?
p.s. my punctuation and capitolization is perfect.
thx akeis.
