Hey all,
I was just wondering is it worthwhile to grind out WUKs ~60Xp per and then have smugglers use them as grinding? I find that i get ~100XP per WUK that is used this way.. Someone told me that WS gain XP by having people use thier weapons, can anyone shed any light on this topic? How much Xp is gained per weapon, how it is calculated etc...

I don't think it's worth it. If you're grinding, I assume you want to get it over with asap. Any extra XP you get from the WUKs is going to look pretty bad when you realize you have to stop every few minutes to deal with the WUKs junking up your inventory. It's going to be a big PITA. Plus you'll miss out on the 5% practice bonus.
If you can't do the warhead thing, just get up to adv. munitions so you can macro-practice on PRBs. It's pretty easy to grind and watch TV/read at the same time.

Heh. My bad, Intermediate Firearms, not Adv Munitions for the PRB. And you've already done that. What can I say, it's early and I haven't had my fishak yet this morning, so I'm still sort of cloudly. Err cloudy.

I did it in 2 days (4 "sessions") using the Slacker's Guide. Here is the link:

Though it will cost you a small bit (1-2mil) more than the standard method.

I think EVERY smith should be relegated to grinding Projectile rifle Barrels.

I think its fairly easy, started it tonight from the artisan bit and I am novice wep smith, its simple, and I feel its going to be simple for the rest of the way, I watch TV as I grind it the macro I use requires me to click once every like 5 seconds, so I sit pop a beer and just randomly click and I get xp

Took me just under 6.5 hours using the warhead grind. That was my THIRD time around.

I do give mad props to those who did this without the macro. I could never do such a thing

I made it from novice artisan to Ws 3032 in about one day.
I partly used the slackers guide, however skevon gas was too hard to get your hands on fast enough so now that ive come so far without it, im just gonna finish it without it too

Before the CU I was gringing WS making rifle projectile barrels (I know slow but steady) I have no had a chance to log into the New system. Will I still be able to grind these out? i.e. for the same xp and resources or is thier something better?
