With 183 dmg tissues on Intrepid, I made a 1156 dmg/83 SAC Rifle... traded it for an ADK though...

still doesn't top the Scatters i've made.

Revenge sold for 30mil
Pride sold for 30mil
Honour sold for 30mil
Heart sold for 35mil
Fury sold for 35mil



your eyes do not decieve you... those are all damage and SAC capped. priced per tissue, that rifle would have to be approaching about 90mil+. 120+ if you include the one that was burned for the schematic
