Thread: Berserker Rifle Petition part II

Many people have signed the petition to fix the Berserker Rifle schematic (sub component), but there's been no progress on this. I've submitted a new bug report from my weaponsmith account for two reasons.
1. It has not been fixed yet. They've had plenty of time to make a slight programming change to fix this bug.
2. This really ticks me off......My first bug report was over a month ago and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond to me with any message whatsoever! Not a "We're working on it" or "We're aware of it".Just blatantly ignoring us weaponsmiths and our customers. That is not good customer service by any stretch of the imagination.
Please fix this guys!!!

Getting really annoyed that SOE can't take a tiny bit of time out of their amazingly busy schedual to fix small problems like these!
A friend of mine spent hours in the vette (aswell asabout 5 sets of armour..)trying to gather the schems and barrels for these rifles only to find out that it was a waste of time!

Well...guys, I appreciate the sigs...but I'm asking all WS's to send a bug report. If we flood their box with these bug reports perhaps they will address it.

A friend of mine came to me and asked me if I could make him one I had to sadly turn him away saying that it was impossible because of the parts having no serial numbers (on starsider). On radiant I had bought one way way back and the schematic for 1.7 mill in the hope of having one made then I got another berzerker stabilizer and to my dissmay they could not be used because of the no serial number 
. Guys come on how hard would it be to put a little NPC bugger for the imps, the neutrals, and the rebels. You give them the part and you get a brand spanking new one with a serial number. Just say you have a malfunctioning part for the imps and you will be issued a new one, the Neutrals had to jabba's or the borvo guy in the cantina saying they snatched some new ones and they will trade ya your defunct one for a new one they want it for study, the rebels go along with Jabba's except they are handing them out for replacement to stim the flow of defunct parts to their rebel recruits.

SOE has their own agenda. They are too busy coding JTL to care about a silly little broken weapon. I mean come on, finish a product that will bring in more revenue, or fix a tiny little bug. The choice is simple.

Im going to fill out a bug report on this again. I'd also recomend that anyone who has Broken RIS parts with no serial number do so also since as far as i can tell these are the 2 things effected by the serial number bug ( I have 2 GDK scales w no numbers as well as 7 barrels).
