Post can be found here.
I'm taking a wild-ass guess at this point, but I'm betting that many of the "lower level" weapons that have been added are of the type that will only take basic components (as Helios was mentioning to us last week). Some verification from those on TC-5 this afternoon would be of use. I will be investigating this tonight now that we have access to Weaponsmith skills on the server.
Anyone with additional information on new schematics and components and whatever is welcome to post it! I will attempt to gather all of the changes in a central, stickied thread.

I'm glad to see the iconic weapons viable for masters
As soon as I get on TC5, I'll post the frog stats for the new versions, if available

Whats your opinion on the de-10 vs the dl44 metal? They look like the same gun on test center. Except theyll be no point looting these things since youll be able to craft the dl44.
Also how have weapons changed from alpha and beta testing so far?

This seems pretty likely.

I'm looking at the damage ranges more as placeholders myself, since nearly every master weapon is 351-701 Damage with 2.5 speed.

the most powerful weapons, dps wise, is the republic blaster. makes little sense to me since the rifleman is supposed to be the nuker. but yeah, DE-10s will be seriously devalued after the update hits. it's one reason i am not making any right now, even though i have 8 barrels.

I'm glad to see that the DL44 finally gets some love.
I've got the loot for three DE-10s with some decent (100+ damage) tissues... I wonder if I should make them now or wait until after...

If the damage stats are correct on TC, the DX2 and DL44 XT are going to be BEASTS. Over 750 max dmg.
I'll post screenies in a bit once it's back up.

Yes, but then compare those stats to other high level weapons. You'll find that many have the exact same damage and speed. Its possible the Devs did this to put more value on loot weapons and specials, but I feel they values are temporary.

The last Non CU T21 I got off a frog was 417 5.1 with the mind HAM in the low 60s so ya frog guns are strange.

The stats on the Weapon info is good to have and all but what about the Resource requirements? I know Armorsmith is going to have to harvest a bunch of new resources just to make any armor with the changes made to the AS schematics already.
Frankly, I need to know if the resources I have stockpiled already are going to be worthless when the CU is realeased or not.

Current draft schematics are almost entirely unchanged. The only significant difference is that some now require adv. components, some require basic, and you won't be able to switch between the two anymore.
Also, all the newly granted schematics can be made with the present stockpile of WS resources. There's no word yet on the looted schematics as we haven't found any yet, but I'd imagine that if there are any new resources required here, it'll be a small amount.
Your resources are fine.
