Thread: mustafarian resources available now
summer, take a resource deed and check out the mustafarian metals. since the expansion code is live and we just cant travel there, stuff is already spawned.
they have no caps, like we have seen from shipwright resources, however they seem skewed strongly. for example, tarq currently has the best steel, copper, and iron i have ever seen. everything over 900. its absurdity.
can other servers confirm the same bias uber stats on their mustafarian metals?

Myabe this is why our experimentation code got modified....
thats what im wondering.
also this was pointed out to me by another day one veteran on tarq, so not my discovery.
but hes a dirty armorsmith 
Oh, man...if I gotta go hand sample up a load of new resources to replace the stuff that just turned to crap...gonna be some long nights macro surveying.

I just checked on Intrepid... they aren't all that good.
For instance the Current Mustafarian Iron in Intrepid is 700OQ, 661 Cond - not that great. The current Steel is pretty good.... 5 stats over 900 - but its only like a very good Duralloy Steel.

Sincer harvies can't be dropped, I was thinking that:
1. Maybe some of the resources for the schems are specific to Mustafar. And since you can't harvest a ton cause you can't build on Mustafar, then you just need to hand sample.
2. Maybe this is where the change to add resources to theloot tablecomes into play? Kill a bunch of the lava fleas and get several thousand of a particular resource/resources. I would be curious if certain beasties drop certain resources.
Question: How many different resources are harvestable from Mustafar?

well im taking a chance and blowing a resource create on a steel with 980+ across the board. heh.
good thing i bought 8 resources crates today, now i dont feel bad wasting a few mil.

oh dear please dont tell me that my collection of perfect resources just turned to crap and I have to buy the expansion and hand sample till i die?
oh well i guess its extra content, I was just thinking of not buying the expansion on my WS account.
