After what seems like years of waiting I'm a 12 pointer (with +20 Force XP and Assembly).
Now a question what is the fastest way for a crafter to finish Crafting Mastery (Need a new goal now).

Yeah either can I but from what I have "heard" you should go 0002 DE. I forget what you craft but "supposedly" it takes 7 mill of steel and fiberplast per branch.

It takes about 1.8M steel and 750k fiberplast per branch that way, so your numbers are "slightly off", maybe you were thinking of the entire crafting mastery tree

I thought the force experimentation bonus didn't give you the extra experimentation points, or am I wrong. Can you confirm that you have 12 points without the SEA's?

I think he means he has +20 from SEA's, and he has +20 in force experimentation and force assembly. So no, it's not possible to get extra experimentation points from Force Experimentation.

Force XP doesn't give you experimentation points I just ment that with my SEAs that give me two extra experimentation points I also have Force Xp and Assembly. Thank you to Ashiva, that makes crafting mastery more feasable. Now to get that merchant xp going so I can survey even farther

I've been smith for just over a year. Still 10 points because i can't afford tapes. had general crafting xp and weapon crafting xp banked up, converted all of that to FS xp. crafted doing orders and factory runs for 4 months (no grinding as of yet) and I STILL do not have enough FS crafting xp for........ <drum roll> NOVICE FORCE CRAFTER

Yeah I got pretty depressed when i cashed in my capped 120k weap exp. I'm really not looking forward to grinding like that, so I'll prob just bide my time and see how it goes on its own.

As to the initial question though, wouldn't heavy warheads still bethe way to go? sure it's tougher to find the resources, but 750 exp per pop is pretty good. Wouldn't take long to cap out the 120k at all. Maybe the DE path has a different ratio or something?

I received my Force XP and Assembly free for holo's (I quit grinding after my fourth and kept Weaponsmith because I liked it too much). I just know the DE thing you use general resources which would be way easier to gather since we are experiencing some nice resource spawns on Naritus.

DE way you can get 500 per 150 steel and 70 fiberplast, or something like that. Takes a shorter amount of time than the Multiple "hard to find" resources of the warhead. I don't know what the ratios are, are DE and WS ratios different?

I crafted all the way to crafting master doing tailor 0400 making cartridge belts. I was sitting on alot of polymer and steel and if my math is correct it took me about 5 million units of steel and 4 million units of polymer. Tailor transfers at 5-1 same as weaponsmith. So every 120k weapons xp turns into 24k force crafting xp. I believe each belt gives 300xp. 60 steel 50 poly.
As for the warhead grind, it would be quicker but use ALOT more resources.
