Thread: Is this worth the price? (Krayt Tissue)

11 Krayt, same serial number.
max 77
speed -0.98
There is a 10 million buyout. My question to you, is the tissue worth that much? I have the credits, but don't know if I should invest them here. Epidemic (sp?) has mentioned that you could craft a T-21 with 480 max damage, unsliced with these. Thoughts?

10 million is a big risk to take, especially when you get a speed slice and turn that potentially beautiful gun into a grinding tool

Thank you for the opinions. I do realize that prices will vary by server but was looking for a general statement. Thanks for your input.

You also have the risk of a critical failure on creation of the powerhandler leaving you with 10 and not 11 if you had planned on the super T21.

Personally I would not go for the T21 anyway - seems a waste.... You could make 2 nice Jawa's with them same tissues for example...

If you think about it that would be roughly a 20/117/-1.38 power handler for 1mil each. Which when you think of it that way doesn't really seem like that bad of a deal considering you could make some killer geo or de-10 pistols and make your money + back on them. Just so you have an idea on shadowfire I paid 18mil for 16 +102 -1.3 tissues. de-10 schem and barrell for 1.5mil - sold gun for 8mil. another de-10 set for 4mil sold gun for 12mil sold 6 of the powerhandlers for 10mil so I well made my cash back from them and I still have two de-10s with thoose tissues to sell.

I honestly can't see paying that much for those. 11 tissues is great, but think to yourself:
"Would I pay 10 million for a 490ish max 6.6 Speed T-21?"
If the answer is "Yes, in fact I'd pay 12 million!" Then do it.
If no, then... well... don't.

Yea what he said.
When I look at tissues I alwasy look at the weapons that don't take as many handlers and figure if I can make a profit off of them. Like MRB take 2 so thats 5 of thoose you could make or 10 scatters. What would sell better that or one rifle?

They are worth a lot, but my guess not 10 million unless your server economy is that bad. I would only figure that you'd get your money back if you put them in single use weapons like scatter pistols.

Epidimicks numbers are right... its up to you if you wish to spend buy em.
Personally i think the slice is what makes or breaks a krayt 21.
Destiny was a krayted ffstocked 35% dmg sliced t-21. Hits near 800 pup'ed.
In the hands of an Imp now
but as i stated.... its the slice that does it.
2 krayt jawa's may be a possibility as well ... depends on your pvp stance.
