After just getting TKA this weekend, I can honestly say thatstaying buffed for that 125k grind was essential to keeping my sanity.
I make my base on Nabooso Ifought mainly random spawn lairs of everything from Kaadu Males to Shaupaut Hunters. The Kaadus should give you around 1000 XP, and theHunters should give you about 3k. Just be careful about getting ganged up on with the Hunters.
Also, make sure and get a case of Muon to keep that mind high. I created a "Muon Alarm" macro that I would hit right after taking the spice. It set an alarm for 8 minutes so that Muon downer wouldn't sneak up on me.
I'm sure there is a better way to go, but this is coming from the antithesis of a "power gamer". Just thought I would share my newbie/non-PG thoughts.
Good luck.

I personally got some doc buffs and a crate of muon and biked it around the hills of tatooine fighting anything yellow/red and keeping a eye on how long I'd had the muon running for.
XP just rolled in of but I did it between crafting.

if you can't afford/don't like buffs (I don't know why you wouldn't like them but...), try lesser plains bol missions on Dantooine. They'll give about 4-5k XP per mission. It's really slow, but easy and cheap.

Since you area master marksman, you can bleed and kite Leviansqualls on Rori. They are slower that you even if you aren't a scout and they gave up 1.5k of xp for me. A mission lairhas 6 adults usually and the lair was another 1.5k so I was averaging around 10k of xp per mission.

Get buffed, and get in a solo group, buy VK, wear all the armor you have, and do bol missions on dant if you dont have much or good armor.

i found it better with a speed sliced vk because i didnt have the cert for it i did more damage without it but i attacked much quicker when i did use it. i got it doing quenkers and fort tusken in about 10 days but then i wasnt really trying to do it fast.

yes
speed sliced VKs
buffed
Ubese Armor
Quenkers or Hurtons or Tusken Fort all good
still won't be all that fast, but once you actually GET Novice you will be happy you put in the work
