I forget all the names, but I think they are Obververs, Executioners... and I don't remember the other. I found an Observer near the Squill cave once... beat on him for half an hour before I finally just gave up.Found a swordsman at the squill cave to go back with me and finish him off.





And Witch Doctor. They spawn once to twice a day at the Fort.
