Well I know what I'll be doing tonight and tomorrow (my last day of vacation).

I will make master before the patch - I will have my one last bit of glory in beating SOE.

I did not see any mention that they were going to have any changes to teras kasi in the patch that we are getting next week.

Why the f**k cant SOE tell us what they are doing with SWG?

Perhaps I am wrong but it seems the 30 second timer on delay action moves is for pistoleers and not knock down and there is no directmention of the changes to teras kasi.

Well DrBonzai,

If you're right then the TK community, including myself, has spent that last two weeks upset about nothing. I believe it was pretty clear in the patch notes for the large monthly patch, which was announce on the Test Center a couple weeks ago, that ALL KD and Posture changing moves were getting a 30 second timer.

It seems that todays notes are simply a further addition to that timer rule, and I could be wrong, but the way I read Vass's post was that the full monthly patch (ie. the big one) would be ready by the end of the week, but perhaps I am wrong.

Wouldn't be the first time.

If the devs add a 30 second timer to our lunge and KD attacks when they have not implimented the other changes (changes to cushion the effect of the KD timer) that are already being tested on TC then we are really screwed BIG time.

Thunder Wulf told us that heis working to get the knock down move for his character on Test Center so he could give us a report on his exact findings on the timer for knock down and lung. We are still waiting for Thunder Wulfs to post a report on the timer effects with the new changes to Teras Kasi.

Cool beans. Now instead of hitting for 0 damage for being out of range, I will be able to... hit for 0 damage for being out of range.

I look forward to this wonderful patch.

i'm skeptical about the 30 sec timer, but i'm hoping the accuracy penalties for moving ranged users will prove just as crippling.

they'll probly all quit if they can't kit (ha i rhymed and it's past 1 a.m.) so i expect to only be fighting melees anyhow

Doesn't the +20 unarmed damage at Novice Tk and Master Tk go live with this patch?

Have I been able to play on test? No. As far as I know, they still haven't given us any XP terminals so I can try out some of these changes. Hell, they don't even answer my emails so **edit** is thepoint of being a correspondent?

Changes going live by the end of the week without testing. Way to go guys.

Unless I missed them, I haven't seen any TKs on TC posting about the changes on the TC forum either.
