Hey I am working on getting novice teras kasi at the moment. I was wondering if any of you know where the best place is to go to get xp to get novice teras kasi because it takes a quite some time wherever else I go.

Best place, well, as in most professions it seems to be Dantooine. At least that's whereI went. Despite what everyone else always kills I prefer quenkers, because they seem to die a bit faster to kinetic attacks than huurtons do and they give a bit more xp all across the board. There are a bunch of types of huurtons and they all give different xp.
So go to Dant, get in a really full solo group, get a really nice speed sliced VK, some buffs, some 80% kinetic armor, some brandy and maybe some canape just in case, You can get nearly 40k xp per lair. I forget how much you need to get novice, I did it so long ago...
Stick to it though. Doesn't take too long and the rest of TKA goes a lot faster after you get VK certified *grin*

I agree 100% on Dantooine. Ive been going there for all my Combat XP. The only time I would try another planet was due to the repetition. So knock yourself out on Dant.

Dantooine is the place...
I preferred to do Huurton missions to get the hard part out of the way..

Definitely Dantooine, and I found that if you are a low level TK and need some help, try hunting near packs of Storm Troopers, they'll help you out and you still get a lot of XP.

I have found that if you locate an upstart rifleman (someone going through rifles in the Marksman tree) and team up, you will both be of great support to each other. This helps if you are low on funds and need to run those higher end missions for credits and you both benefit greatly, aside from sharing the xp pool. I started a Trando TK/Scout 4 days ago and am halfway up the TK tree. Try it and see how it works. Once you have run a couple good quenker missions you will have enough for a good buff and then the real fun begins.
I also found that if you take Power 1 and Balance 1 then go up the meditate tree, you will thank yourself later.

I am working on TKA also so thanks for the advice everybody.
And if I could ask a simple question, what is a solo group?
My guess is that it you join a group but then get missions and go off on your own, just using your group statice to get higher level missions.
Is that correct? I have been out of the game for a long time and never did this when I was in, so I am not sure.
Also, I assume all you have to do is group up somewhere and then you can go anywhere, to any planet and do your solo hunting?
Thanks for the help!

You are correct in all your assumptions about solo grouping.

yeah thats what solo grouping is u can get like 31k missions on dant if u solo group.....but also to get TKA novice a good thing to kill is Feral bantha on tat they can be hard to find usualy round the krayt graveyard u can find some....they give about 1k xp per kill but they also only have under 1k ham usauly around 850-900 so u can kill them in like 2 or 3 hits thats how i got TKA and it worked great

Geo cave sounds enticing.
Is it given to us in our POI data or do we need a friendly local to give us coords
