With the solo groups nerfed, my only option is to go around killing crap for loot. How do i go about killing a GDK solo? My current template is TKM - Master Doc - Ehanced Reflexes 4400

buff yourself up and be prepared to spend about 25 minutes spamming intimidate and UA hit 3. You'll be fine. don't even bother curing anything until you've killed it, it applies states and disease fast. but with meditate at master, no big deal at all. but as someone else mentioned, if you want to do it quickly, go swords.

easiest way is to have commando flame IV with TKM , Buffs, and Vasarian brandy. The Plauge strike never does more wounds than your base stats. Dont bother healing the wounds b/c you'll just get them again, just meditate off the disease after every round. 4 Spawns of GDK per spawn point. Usually found in the Southern part of Lok - near the Great Sulfur lake, primarily near the volcano.
Get the highest damage Flame thrower you can find as this lays down the biggest dot. One draw back is that they intimidate. If they do, just keep dotting it - a FT takes a 2x damage modifier ,but with tkm and intimidate you'll be fine in composite. Flame specials also dont use any ham, so happy hunting
Macro: Flame
/flamesingle2;
/flamesingle1;
/flamecone1;
/intimidate;
/intimidate;
/intimidate;
/pause 19;
/macro Flame;
Just burn the ever living snot out of it; ya it's 100% resist to heat, but the dot will kill in under 5minutes.

How about another option - go kill stuff with friends! The changes to groups have come in, and there will be more, so that people don't play a multi-player game on their own all the time... they encourage interaction and grouping up, there's no need to solo anything to get your kicks, try assembling a group and head for a dungeon unbuffed - then you'll see how much the game can be! (And this coming from a doc...)

Sneak up very quietly from behind...
When you are about 15m from it...
Pull on the scary mask...
And yell BOO...
Maybe it will die from fight
Or pick up swordsman
And if you are thinking of getting rich from selling the GDK's scales for RIS Armor, I would look else where to make creds. The drop rate on those things are attrocious.

lol, I remember about a month ago... when they were dropping 7-10 per kill, it was horribly bugged

I've solo'd a few GDKs unbuffed as a pure TKM with no medic, so its doable if you have a lot of time O.o With doctor buffs its even easier.
Here is how I did it unbuffed:
- get some low ham cost ubese armor(none of this silly heavy composite stuff. You don't need it for gdks).
- get a low ham VK and some min/max damage powerups.
- Bring the following foods: brandy, swirls, won wons, pixie, and muon.
Now, powerboost then take 2 brandies and attack the gdk.
On rare occasions toss in an unarmed combo 1, otherwise use default attack.
Keep it intimidated at all times.
Take the won won and swirl to help keep your health/actionup.
When your powerboost drops, take a pixie and sneak in another swirl since pixie doesn't help your action too much.
If you havn't beaten the gdk when you are getting close to your downer and/or your wounds are building up too much, then pull away until it breaks aggro then follow it closely just outside of aggro range. Once it settles down someplace, meditate your wounds off, powerboost, then repeat and you'll kill it in this round.
Now, thats all if you are doing it unbuffed. If you are going in buffed, get some high kinetic ubese(again you don't need composite for this) and use brandies and burnout sauce with muon, pixie, and some canapes handy for emergencies.

do you honestly need to ask how to kill a GDK as a TKM/doc? seriously
