Yes Lunge is not broken..they NERFED it. As it is a brawler skill I forgot to post here........sorry

Hehe thank you again, I meant to do that myself after your confirmation reply in the Brawler forum but I forgot.

mmm ive been grinding to xx44 brawler using lunge and melee hit and lunge is kding level 1 - 3 stuff 9 times out of ten, seems to be working to me

Funny, cause my 3333 brawler it is not kding and not getting a fail message. My MPike/Mdoc is not getting a KD or message. My Mdoc/NovicePike is not getting KD or a fail message. Are you sure you are using lunge and not sweep attack. Cause sweep attack does work. The Fencer Correspondent also confirms that Adv Lunge in Fencer is also broken. Also everyone else but you is reporting it is not working. No one else has said for sure that it is working, that has tested it.

imo lunge shouldn't be as good as it was pre patch 18
As a TKM Polearmist, I feel that the brawler move should be far less effective than the pikeman or tka knockdown.

It should however, continue to be useful in the higher levels when you have the fencer improved lunge (not sure if there is an advanced version). As far as I know, lunge will still be widely used, as it is the longest range attack for me, even at Master Polearms and Master of the TKA. Actually, lunge should be a Pike move anyways, or at least give the Pikeman a move that has extended range.

There is a discussion thread in the brawler for you all to chime in on.

Ugh, OK, I'd better take it off my quickbar until they fix it or I will keep using it, since it is my main KD move.

i just dont believe you. go try it right now and tell me if it works post pub 18. i dont know 1 person who it works for.
